TriggerDescriptor

Discriminated descriptor for a scene’s “encounter affordance” — what the player clicks in the world to enter the scene. Null = scene is not surfaced as an encounter (programmatic-entry / cutscene only). Closed hierarchy: new kinds ship only in coordinated minor schema bumps.
