The whole number of days in a duration: duration / 1440, dropping any leftover hours and minutes.

TotalDays(duration)

The argument is a duration in minutes, typically the result of another time function or a subtraction between two of them.

Examples

TotalDays(FromDays(2) + FromHours(23))    // 2, the extra 23 hours drop
TotalDays(AbsoluteMinutes()) >= 3         // three or more full days have passed

Notes

• Requires time to be enabled for the project (Project, then Time). With time disabled, any expression using this function fails validation.
• Days is the largest unit the duration functions decompose, so TotalDays and DaysPart compute the same value: there’s no larger unit left to peel off first.
• The inverse of FromDays, which converts days to minutes.
